Mr. Mike Relm
Mike Relm!! Sooo good. Yo, he tore it up last night pushin out creative mixes over two screens of clips and images. Suns of Boey represented Caly and started the night off with good beats to keep the waiting crowd entertained. Yo, I shoulda taken a pic of this dude, but at the beginning of the show, there was this guy kinda chillin off the side of the stage and he was totally a Mike Relm Decoy. At first I was gonna go talk to him, but then I was like “As if Mike is just gonna be hangin out off stage…” Then the real Mike came out…phew that woulda been embarrassing…who was that guy anyways…
As I hoped, Mike busted out the bangers thats been seen on youtube like “O-Face”, Snoopy, Bjork, John Lennon, as well as other surprises with his crew that made the whole night a good night. One complaint I have is that I wish Calgary had more of a support for these kinda shows. It was a good turnout, but totally not as good as it coulda been, and shoulda been. I guess the Venue/Sunday night may not have worked for everyone, but yo…Mike Relm…Scratch DJ, come on man…gotta show some love yo! Gotta keep these kinda shows comin!!
