Man, Kid Cudi is everywhere. I’ll say it again…I’m glad I got to see him when I did. Man…so many people didn’t even know who he was. Kid Cudi is so dope!!! Anyways, here’s a cover by another artist on the rise. Her phone shoulda gone off as she was sing’n the verse that says “Hold the phone…” then I probably peed my pants cause of the perfect timing.
Her jam kinda fell apart a bit near the end…but its still a interesting cover.

Calgary band Woodpigeon got coverage on Pitchfork! Nice one!! They been touring all around all types of places, doin this and doin that stayin real busy. If you wanna hear their stuff, then go buy their cd at Megatunes in Calgary, or where ever else they sell cd’s or put your ear to a cup on the wall and listen to your neighbor listen to Woodpigeon, or just go to their myspace.
If you decide to go with the cup idea, pass it around so every can get a chance to hear the songs!

Aight, so on a serious note…we all workin to get the creme nahmean’. “Cash rules everything around me” as the Wu says and this is the 3rd time this week I’ve come across some counterfeit fins. So when you be gett’n your change back from the store or whatever, make sure you check to see if its real.
1) Fakes don’t got that shiny stripe on the left hand side!
2) The Five on the bill is supposed to have little maple leafs on it, but the fakes dont. They just got some dots!
3) They dont got the brail bumpitty bumps on it!
4) The fakes dont got this wierd little Shapes around where the number 5 is on the bill and on the back. They supposed to have this shape on it. I can’t explain what it looks like…
But the first couple things will tell you if its fake or not…most of the time…
